A Reliable Wife
by Robert Goolrick is a great love story; a captivating novel about a man who puts an ad in the paper looking for a “reliable wife”. The woman who answers this ad has something different in mind: she plans to kill the man and get wealthy easily. What she doesn’t really know before responding to the ad is the fact that the man actually has a plan too. The book will keep you awake until you finish it. It was published in 2009 and it’s a great gift for a mother who likes a 1907 atmosphere and a love story like no other.
